Aims and objectives
After successfully completing this unit, students should be able to:
- Develop a framework for understanding the forces that
affect behaviour in organisations; - Apply their knowledge of varied managerial approaches
and organisational behaviour theories while analysing
workplace dynamics; - Critically analyse behaviour across levels and
recommend managerial interventions to solve
organisational problems; - Demonstrate the benefits of working in semiautonomous
groups; - Understand the difficulties of working in groups with
varied group dynamics.
