Aims and objectives

At the conclusion of this unit students will be able to:
  • Identify appropriate sources of funding for new ventures
  • Perform sensitivity analysis to understand potential risks and rewards
  • Work as a team to apply a range of methodologies to determine valuation of new venture
  • Analyse funding requirements for a new venture
  • Prepare and analyse cash flow forecasts for new ventures
  • Develop funding proposals for a new venture
