Aims and objectives

At the conclusion of this unit students will be able to:
  • Understand the relevance of ideas to innovation and innovation to entrepreneurship
  • Comprehend the roles of emotional & spiritual intelligence in entrepreneurial leadership
  • Be aware of ways of stimulating creativity
  • Analyse barriers to creativity and identify strategies to overcome them
  • Work as a team to analyse the potential of alternate business models
  • Establish the use of tools to enhance creativity

Lecture (1 hour), Workshops/Seminars (2 hours)

Assessment

Individual Assignment (30%), Participation (30%), Team Project (40%)
