Aims and objectives

Upon successful completion of this unit, students should be able to:
  • Define effective leadership and practices.
  • Recognise situations where individual or collective leadership is needed.
  • Reflect on your leadership practice to identify your strengths and the potential challenges that you will face as a leader.
  • Demonstrate how to use leadership theory in real-world practice.
