Swinburne Residential College
Swinburne Residential College features 84 fully-furnished, single-bedroom apartments. It offers a safe, supportive environment, particularly suited to students who have not lived away from home before.
Swinburne Student Apartments
Swinburne Student Apartments incorporate 156 partly-furnished two- or three-bedroom residences.
Swinburne Place Apartments
These fresh, recently-built apartments accommodate 371 students in a range of one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom residences.
Lilydale Student Village
Overlooking Lilydale Lake, the Lilydale Student Village encompasses 25 luxury apartments, each containing four to five separately keyed bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and lounge/study area. Each apartment is full
y furnished.
The village has a common room with a pool table, lounge area, large flat screen television, public phone, laundry facilities, wireless internet, outdoor BBQ and on-site private parking.
