Brown Consulting is a professional infrastructure services company that provides civil and structural engineering as well as town planning, surveying and environmental services. Brown Consulting has offices throughout Australia and in Singapore. In Victoria, they trade under the brand name Brown and Tomkinson.

This program program supports young women with paid work experience, mentoring and training, generous financial assistance and a job upon graduation.

An approved degree in civil, structural or environmental engineering, town planning or surveying.

The Dream Big Scholarship Program supports young women who:

• are currently in Year 12 (or those who have recently completed Year 12)
• have the required prerequisites to study civil/structural or environmental engineering, town planning or surveying
• enrol in an approved engineering, town planning or survey degree to be considered for this program.

Applications for 2012 open Friday 1 July  2011.

Applicants must submit:

• a covering letter (stating why you think a career in engineering, town planning or surveying might be for them and outline their preferred work/study location)
• a copy of academic school record
• a resume.

 Applications close early December 2011.
