Course structure
Six months full-time, 12 months part-time day and evening.
The online course of study is suitable for self-directed learners seeking or building a career in human resources management. The Diploma of Human Resources Management can be completed in 12 months online.
The fast-track program consists of one full-day workshop every three weeks for six months. Workshops are interactive, highly engaging and are delivered by experienced industry facilitators. Learning must be applied in the workplace via projects, activities and tasks. The fast-track option is only available to people who have an opportunity to apply their learning directly to their current role and who possess a minimum of three years’ experience in the workforce.
Traineeships are workplace-based learning. Traineeships in the Diploma of Human Resource Management are available for people whose workplace will support their learning at work.
The Diploma of Human Resources Management can be customised to enterprise requirements for those working within organisations who wish to further develop management skills and knowledge. Typically, the program begins with a training needs analysis and skills assessment followed by customisation of training and assessment to ensure the program meets the strategic goals of the organisation. Learning interventions may include project-based learning, coaching, mentoring, workshops, self-paced and online learning materials.
